EB1(L1A),140/485 pending, going back to offshore. My GC processing? GURU's Pls Help!

Hi Gurus,

I came US on L1A and then in Mar 2005 my 140/485 filed. FP done last month. Got EAD and AP approval last week.

I am shifted to different project and have to go back to offshore. As my 140 and 485 are pending so what will happen to my GC Processing once I move to Offshore?

Please guide me. I am very much worried.

u'll have to return back to us before AP expires. once u r in us then u can apply for ap and ead renewal. you can keep on doing this every year until ur 485 is approved.

also once 140 is approved if u wish to stay in us you can quite ur current employer and use ac-21 to change jobs.

So it mean if suppose I am on 6 month onsite-offshore rotation then as long as I have valid AP/EAD there should not have any problem with my GC processing even if I spend 6month in india every year till I got approval?

I have one more ques.
I have valid L1 visa till Jan and I got AP/EAD. So right now am I on Visa or EAD?

I really appreciate your help.
