Waiting for approval

i485 submitted -> Feb 27 2003
EAD approval -> May 7 2003
First Finger print -> Jan 3, 2004
RFE -> Nov 2004
reply to RFE -> Dec 2004

Official inquiry by lawyer in June 2005. "USICS replied that the case is still pending and USICS is waiting for a second finger printing appointment to be setup!"


Second Finger print -> Aug 16, 2005
LUD -> Aug 17, 2005 (may be about finger printing)

Nearing 1000 days since I submitted i485, still waiting for 485 approval!

I called TSC last Friday, and the LUD changed that day as well, but I don't think they are really doing anything, since the message just said they sent out a letter regarding my request for more information on my case.
