EB1-EA RFE without update (TSC)

Hi:
I self efiled EB1-EA to TSC and I did not have any update (except the receival of the petition). Today I noticed a Update along with RFE???. Waiting for the details in the post. Did any one have similar experience RFE without any previous updates.
 
Hi! When did you apply for your EB1? I ask because I applied in March 07 and have not heard anything yet.
And yes, I have heard that you can get RFE without an LUD...maybe the LUD will come up in the next few days. It doesnt make sense, but I think its just the USCIS computer system messing up, I think.
 
yes, I applied on March 14( E filed) and Documents reached 23rd. yes I noticed a couple of LUD after CRIS mail
 
hopefully your RFE will not be too difficult. Post more details when you get them and maybe we can help with suggestions, for whatever they are worth....
I filed EB1 EA on March 26th and have heard nothing except LUD on 3/28. but I had applied non-PP. I assume yours was also non PP.
