Hi!

I am PhD holder with almost 3 years working experiences in industries. I have more than 40 international conferences and journals papers altogether. I wonder which category is best suited for me?

Also, I heard that EB1-OR will be the easiest among the above 3 categories. Am I right? If I go for EB1-OR, can I file concurrently please?

Thanks.

It is general myth that one category is easier than other.
instead it is good that there are these categories.
read carefully about basic requirements on each category and decide where you fit close.
the above information is insufficient to comment.
having papers doesnot make you qualified for Eb1-OR you need to prove thru letters and your cerdentials that you are outstanding researchers.

Can I know if I apply say all the above categories, can I still file concurrently?
This is because, currently my wife is not working in US because she doesn't have a H1B visa. So, I presume, if I file concurrently, I can get the EAD card for her which allows her to work in US. Please correct me if I am wrong.

For more details, I have won several national awards from my countries to pursue my studies overseas. Also, I am Editors and Technical Program Committees for a lot of international conferences. I manage to get 15 letters from top industries and universties worldwide (but my lawyer recommend me to just submit 8). From your opinion, which category I best suited?

Sorry, I am pretty new in this forum. Say I file 2 categories e.g., EB1-OR and NIW. If I file concurrently, so which I-140 should be used for the I-485? I thought that only one I-140 can be used in the I-485?

Thanks!

preferably EB1
it generally moves faster for both retro & non retro

eb1doc,
Can concurrent filing be done if the PD is not current?
If not, ixora78 may not be able to receive the EAD benefit if his PD is not current (may not be an issue if his wife's country of birth is classified as "worldwide" in the visa buletin).
