RFE basically wants the EA criteria to be addressed - as such the Recom letters are to be matched.
So I am keen to see a sample letter to get a "touch & feel" even if its not directly related to mine - to make some sense.

I also asked to prioritize the criterias, from the list of 10 or so, related to my case and it was turned down too;

graduation2003 said:Sciconf, if you can not get any help from your attorney, I would say it is time to find another attorney. Usually USCIS give you 90 days to response RFE. The average cost for hiring an attorney to answer RFE is $1500, but of course, someone asks same amount as filing I-140, it really depends....Good luck!
