Shee has a Ph.D(comp sci). + 15 years post-doctoral experience

25 papers ( 8 journal, 17 conference)
60+ citations

The lawyers told her that EB1-EA is becoming more difficult to
get at CSC.

Unfortunately, I don\'t know any more details.

Thanks for your posting as mostly people never report rejected cases. Sad to know, though. Many with less credentials have got it. She probably was unfortunate - may be poorly presented herself ??

No. She was represented by a top legal firm.

At the time of filing the legal firm believed she
had a good chance.

But then CSC changed its standards to move EA
harder.
