Congratulations!!!!

Can you post your credentials? Proof of employment is for EB-1 OR category and why TSC asked for such requirement for EA category. Strange.....

Thanks. It was proof of prospective employment, which is kind of strange for EA but I have seen threads here with RFEs similar to this from TSC....

congrats!!

HI,

I was going to simply put N/A regarding the questions for proposed employment in the I-140 for the EB1-EA.

Do you recommend that I should rather provide specific information regarding the proposed employment after receiving a GC?
Should I ask my current employer for such a letter?
The I-140 form requests very specific information in this regard, including salary information, and I assumed that would not be necessary for the EB1-EA. In addition, whatever I put for this proposed employment, would it have to be a permanent position?
As a researcher that would be a tenure-track position? Or is somethin like an "instructor" position sufficient?

Thanks!

I have been on O 1 for past 6 months.

AGM 6, you can leave it as n/a and always back it up later if you get a RFE regarding this later. I would suggest you talk to your attorney and decide on the best possible action. Good Luck.

Thanks!
I am currently a research associate, but my employer would hire me as an instructor with the green card. To avoid an RFE, should I put under proposed employment "instructor"? I believe that can be a permanent position, and that is what they are looking for.
Thanks!
