My EB-1 EA was approved at VSC. Details

Details:

Ph.D in Chem Engg in 1999
Working for Fortune 500 company (since 1995)
Approx 20+ papers in decent journals (provided ISI ranking info), 4 book chapters, 40 conference proceedings/presentations
20 + citations (papers are new)
1 Journal reviewer
No major awards (but mentioned fellowships, Who\'s Who)
Memberships (association program committees, listed as collaborator on Japanese Govt Research Project)
19 letters (2 Europe, 1 Japan, 1 Australia, rest US - wide range of referees - five professors (only 2 of whom were on my thesis committee), three CEOs, one ex-FDA, others - industry/non-profit organization)

My OR application was approved in early Oct - days after I filed the EA.
