EB1-EA and NIW approved, which one to file?

Hi;
My EB1-EA and NIW have been approved, but I do not know which one to file, or should I file both?

My second concern: I have two "reckless driving" on my record. One happened in 1991 and the second in 2000. Are these needed to be mentioned in my I-485?

Thanks

suggestion

Certainly you should file EB1-EA for your adjustment of status. EB1 would have much less chance for backlog of adjustment of status if any (now EB1 and EB2 are all current);
Read Form I-485 (for adjustment of status), if only traffic vialations, those should be EXCLUED from what I understand.

reckless driving is considered a misdemeanor

Thanks for the reply. Reckless driving is considered a misdemeanor in many states. For example I was doing 83 mile/hr. (in 60 zone) in Virginia and found out that anything above 80 mile/hr. is automatically considered "reckless driving!" Do you have any more thoughts on this?

Thanks.

PS niether of my charges are drug or alcohol related.

Ok, but I don\'t think it will help

EB1-EA and NIW filed on Nov. 01, 2002, approved in early Jan. 2002 at VSC.

1. Ph.D. 2000 (US university, not Ivy and not even top 50).
2. 5 papers.
3. 4 conferences.
4. frequent reviewer for the top international journal in the field.
5. patents: (both pending)
         a) anthrax related (sole inventor)
         b) biological warfare agents-related (one of three inventors)
6. 14 ref. (11 US, 3 international).
7. did not bother to search for citations.

traffic vilation

I think those are traffic vilations. In the From I-485, it specifically asked you EXCLUDE traffic vilations. If you are not sure, call to ask police, or local immigration office. You will find out.
