EB1-EA and NIW approved on the same day!

submited the two applications on the same day nearly 15 months ago at VSC, and they are finally approved on the same day; it looks USCIS DOES look into one person's multiple petitions at the same time.

was yours concurrent?? then, did they transfer your I485 to local office?
Mine (EB1-EA, ND 10/08/03) got approved 2 weeks ago, they transferred 485 to NYC for the interview. I was very happy for unexpected I140 approval, but soon I got extremely frustrated after reading through what's happening at NYC...if I don't get 485 approved by comming spring, GC means nothing to me. I regret I didn't fle for EB1-OR at the same time....
 
LUD means last updated date, if you register at uscis "case update and processing " site at the "login" tablet, you would register yourself and enter your case profiles and it also has the option to let you know of your case update by email notification..hope this helps..best wishes..

Since more than 180 days have passed since filing I-485, You should still be OK with an EAD and AP. They are processing EADs much faster these days. To play safe, start looking for a similar (if not identical) job right now.
