Hi guys:
Is anybody out there who can give me some suggestions? Here is my case status. I applied under EB1 and got a RFE regarding my employment status. They wanted to know that I have a permanent job offer. I replied one week back but haven\'t yet got any updated message from their AVM. Now I am thinking if it takes another month or two to get INS response, I should resubmit my application again. Could you guys tell me if it is possible to resubmit the application with all the copies of letters I did submit before or should I have to collect another batch of original letters?
Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
 
Why?

INS will process your RFE reply, earlier or later.
For that matter, one week is nothing: they would
probably note your letter receipt in a month, may be more.
In any case, wait till you get the decision, resubmitting
your case before that is utterly nonsensical and but a waste
of time and filing fees. For one, you have to state if an
"I-140 has previously been filed by you or on your behalf".
If checked yes, they pull the older case, see the adjudication
in progress, dismissed. If checked no, that\'s prosecutable fraud.
 
 
You know you must have a job offer even for EB-1 unless you qualified for EB-1 under Extraordinary A

Extraordinary Ability is tough to qualify for.

Multiple filing of 1-140 at the same time!!!

I know from this discussion board that many people submit their application under different category at the same time. So I wonder how it is possible?
