EB1 case-suggestion

Applied greencard recently in EB1-EA through attorney. Belongs to nebraska region. Initially lawyer told me that we can apply case at texas center. but finally applied at nebraska. now lawyer suggesting to apply one more time at texas with duplicate package. please suggest.
1. Is it worth to try one more time at texas center (because worrying about rejection rate at nebraska).
2. if applications are in both places, where they will process (one /both)
3.Is it create any complications.
 
call uscis and ask them, best way to know...
otherwise, my EB1 was directly sent to texas.
you can call nebraska and ask if they forward to texas autommatically.
lawyer may have been misinformed and thus have misled your case, unintentionally.
