I recently got RFE for EB1 request. I wanted to ask whether we can change attorneys after an RFE is received. I will also be grateful to get any suggestions for a good attorney is the east coast who is a specialist for EB1.
Thanks for your reply. My RFE was asking to provide more evidence of publications and how my work has helped others; it also asked for evidence for criteria for awards received. Do you know if we can also file for EB2 in case the EB1 is rejected? Do you happen to know any good attorneys in the NY area? I was also looking for few sample good letters of recommendation formats but couldn't find any online.
