EB1-C Update from Vermont ??

Any one got approval for I140 from Vermont on EB1-C. Mine is stuck in que, no lud, no change in status.

Mine is also EB1-C but not yet approved.
Have you filed your I-485.

Yes I applied for 485 just able to match the deadline. It seems EB-1C takes long , more than 10 months for approval.

I read some where that EB1 cases are handeled by limited number of agents which causes the delay. I do not know but it seems VA is very slow for I140 as I do not see any activity in this forum.

I got mail from USCIS for approval I140 EB1-C ND 13 Oct 05.
One LUD was in Oct 18/19 and then final approval.
