Hello members,

Could those EB1(a) members post any info of their cases? I have been waiting since Dec. 2002. Recently we got EAD approved within one month. They seem not ready to look at our I-485 cases. I believe there are some EB1(a) filers watching this forum silently. Please respond to this thread. Let's set up a thread for this category beside EB2 and EB3.

Spouse has same RD and ND dates for I-485. She got her EAD and AP approved on May 2, 2005.

Now just waiting for the processing dates to move.

Hi,

You guys are luckier than me. My cases are concurrent 2002s. I am preparing to apply for the third EAD in viewing that there is no repsonse to my case status inquiries and expedition requests.
