EB Numbers Ready to Regress
In the State Department's October 2004 Visa Bulletin, it was reported that some EB categories would begin to backlog as early as January 2005. The EB-3 category is expected to regress back to 2002 for persons born in India, the PRC and the Phillipines. The worldwide EB-3 category, and the EB-1 and EB-2 categories are expected to remain current.
