EB Green Card left employer after 3 months, will there be any problem for Citizenship?

I got my Green Card 5 years ago and left employer 3 months after getting GC, will there be any problem for Citizenship? Some employer say that you should stick to the sponsoring employer for 1 year. Anyone knows if any denial because of this. I know many ppl leaving within 2-6 months itself.
 
I had used AC21 - left my sponsoring employer, before GC was approved

I am little confused about the term "sponsoring employer". Is it the compnay who filed I-140 and then I485 or the one who didn't file I-140 but took care of the AC21 and the then employer when the GC got approved?
