Hello Sri20,

I am in India from the last 7 months and am expecting Dec Interview.
I dont have the pay stub from the last 7 months, but I can get letter from my employer.
So, what to do if pay stub is asked for?

Any input is appreciated .

Thanks

Hi,

The info i got from this forum is that it is ok to submit which ever paystub would have been last for u but just make sure that u were in legal status as long as u were in US. The employment letter is very important and it should be notarised. I have my interview on Oct 24th, so have to see how it goes about.

thanks

I have the Jan 2002 as latest paystub, then came to India in March and have valid visa till may 2004. I guess I can submit that paystub, if I am asked, right ?
