i was told, in the beginning of Bush administration, INS had an initiative to cut processing time and it really did work for the time being. However, 9/11 incident changed/screw up evcerything... Probably, we are another victims of the incident.
 
I feel we need do something to stop this. Otherwise immigrants will never be respected in this country.

BCIS, worse than INS. what's the point of
introducing a new BCIS!
 
I felt the same before my approval. Security checks are for good since that will bring the bad guys working in the dark into light. However, I am not happy with the delays and freeze imposed on innocents. Bad job market and economy makes innocent immigrants in EB category a real nightmare.
