EB-4 - I360 Status Aproved, I485 and I131 pending but 194 expiring.
What should I do? Would I be considered an "illegal" after my I94 expires? is there a way to extend it? I already have the receipt notices of both I485 and I131. Could I still travel within the US with an expired I94? Would my approved I360 be enough at the check points within the US. I know I cannot leave the country. Please advice.
