My labor was filed in Oct, 02 and I-140 in June'04. My I-140 Receipt notice does not show the Priority date(its blank). Is this something I should be worried about?

I140 receipt notice will not have the priority date. Only the I140 approval
notice will have the priority date. Or atleast thats what I saw in my case.

On or around December 15th, you'll find out. I'd say that there's a 50/50 chance that the India/China dates will retrogress to before your priority date (were you born in either country? if not don't worry then)

Since your I-485 was filed in 2004 the dates will likely move forward again before yours gets ajudicated, so there's a good chance it will not affect you.

My I140 receipt doesn't have the priority date either, but it was mentioned in the I140 approval notice.
