EB-3 PD cutoff date progressed to June-2002 for People born in India, China & Ph.. Its current for everybody else.

I have applied my GS in Feb 2002 under EB3 in NY. Now my application is in Philly BEC. I haven't received 45 day letter yet. Does anyone know how long it is going to take to get the letter?

nobody knows...

sorry to say...nobody knows...it is all a big mess. they created a bigger mess than what it used to be.
