Folks,

Just wanted to share the good news with you. My EB3 Labor substitution case was approved in Texas Service center. I filed under premium. I am yet to receive the approval notice by mail.

Hi Saro28,

When did you lawyer "Mail" the application for your I-140? My lawyer mailed it on
03/23/07, and I am trying to get an estimate of getting mine approved.
 
Thanks. When did you know that your application has been received by USCIS? Or when did you get the case no.?

Saro, Can Substitution be filed under premium? I thought we cannot do that.
