Folks,

Just wanted to share the good news with you. My EB3 Labor substitution case was approved in Texas Service center. I filed under premium. I am yet to receive the approval notice by mail.

When did you lawyer "Mail" the application for your I-140? My lawyer mailed it on
03/23/07, and I am trying to get an estimate of getting mine approved.

Mailed on 3/19. USCIS reciept date is 3/21.

Saro, Can Substitution be filed under premium? I thought we cannot do that.

Labor Substitutions can be filed under premium processing.
