today, finally we got 6 magic e-mails.Our I-485 is approved after 5 yrs.


Priority date: jan,2002
EB-3 (world wide)
ND : I-485,I-140,I-765,I-131 concurrent file on June 10,2003
I-140 approved:April 2004
4 EADs
2 fingerprints
I-140 revoked on May 2005 (fight with employer.he sold labor for $10,000)
NOID received on June 2005
AC-21 Invoke end of June 2005
FBI e-mail sent April 2004
E-mail received from FBI on October 2004(name check clear)
2 inquiries for I-485(no visa available)
1 inquiry from Senator Schumer
visa became current in September 2006
2 more inquiries(reviewing the case) October 2006
1 useless infopass(ur case is pending)
Finally decided to go through WOM
WOM sent on December 16,2006 with 30 days time frame(PRO SE)
LUD on January 16,2007(exactly after 30 days)
Today January 17,2007 received 6 e-mails(APPROVAL NOTICE SENT)

Congratulations! I see that WOM is the only way to go nowdays. I'm waiting for 45 days since second inquiry about the status of my case, contacting ombudasman, and then also file WOM. Enough is enough

Congratulations!!

Yes, I'm also on the path to WOM.
However, I've been hearing rumours that USCIS is beginning to ignore WOM challenges. I guess this is only to be expected. It's only a matter of time before WOM challenges will mount into the thousands and then that'll become a backlog of its own.

Does anyone have any news of USCIS challenging a WOM?

Great Going man !!

I am happy that you won the WOM ..judiciary is the only branch in this country which really does work ..the others just seems to sleep it off.
Why can't the politician wake up and do something about it ...!
I am sending my letter today to the ombudsman...already sent out so many letters no response from the USCIS yet.
