Hi Guys,

My previous emloyer filed my labour in EB-2 RIR in 2004 and My current labour is filed in EB-3 PERM 2005. My current labour is approved and i got an RFE in I-140, Yet to receive information about it. The Previous EB-2 RIR labour got an RFE for change of Address. The previous employer contacted me and asked me to send a signed address change form. I am not sure what to do? I am concerned that if i sign the form which it affect my current process. I also think that the previous employer might sell the labour if it gets approved to some other person. So i am confused. On second thought i also feel that i can go back to the previous employer to take advantage of the EB-2 priority date.Does anyone have any thought to handle such situation?

few years back, some one called me saying he is having a company and he will process my greencard. he said as soon as my labour is approved, i can join him. i didnt give any info because i was not sure whether he is trustworthy and god only knows whether he will call me back after labour is approved.

in your case you have to decide. how good is your previous employer? are they going to continue the green card process for you? you already doubt them. so ... ?
