EB-2 or EB-3? Please help

Hi,
I am in the process of filing I-140. We receieved a letter from the DOL saying that that 9089 form was certified. My question is how do I know that this case was certified under EB-2 or EB-3? My minimum educatiopn req is MS with 0 Experience.
