In this forum, somewhere I read that your prior experience with the same employer does not count towards your experience and could result in issues with filing EB2 if that counts towards your total experience.
Here is my question. I did a year of house job in my country. Residency in another hospital (3 yrs) and currently 2 year in cardiology fellowship in my current hospital. if after finishing cardiology (making it a total of 7 yrs post bachelor degree), my hospital offer me an h1-b spot. Would i be able to file EB-2 (because excluding that experience it would be 4 yrs post grad) or there will be problems.
