I have B.S in computer engineering and 10 years of experience in the software industry. I have close to 10 patents issued by USPTO and another 10 pending(total of 20). Is there a way that I can become eligible for EB-2 NIW or EB-1. Any stop gaps/additional things that I can do while on job to become eligible for these and any recommendations on attorneys/lawyers who can handle such cases for Eb-1
