My EB-1EA PP filed at TSC got approved yesterday.
I am very happy with TSC's quick response. See signature for timeline.

How did your petition end up at TSC? by efiling? I am preparing my petition, and hoping my luck will be good as yours.

Did you e-file your application?

How did you go the PP? Did you e-file and then simply include the I-907 form for PP to the supporting evidence package?

Or did you send everything directly to TSC?

My lawyer efiled and sent all the documents to TSC.

Credentials:

. Membership in associations - ACS, ASBMB and ISTH
. Serving as a judge of others - Reviewed papers for 4 journals and invited by 1 other.
. 7 letters: 4 from known profs and 3 from unknown
. Authorship of scholarly articles- 12 articles PNAS, JBC, Biochemistry, BBRC
. First Author on: 9
. Total citations of research papers : 134 (79 on first author papers)
. Request for papers: 4 by mail
. Download of journal articles: Got stats from JBC (my papers were downloaded 8300 times)

My lawyer did a great job of compiling all the stuff.
Suggestion to all of you who feel their case is average - get a good lawyer. Its worth it.
