EB-1C Multinational Manager and AC-21

Greetings!

I know this subject has been raised time and again in this forum. However, I was wondering if there are accounts of first hand experience of people with an approved I140 under EB-1C (Mulitnational Exc/Mgr) and I485 pending over 6 months having used AC21. Any successes/failures/transfers??? All suggestions are welcome.

I think I had seen one case of AC21 that was a MNC exec- that was successful. Search VSC in jan'04.

aajoshi,
AC21 doesn't mention for any category such as EB1,EB2 etc. it is for all 485 employment based.
Make sure from lawyer too.

I think the context of the question maybe- what is the appropriate 'similar' job. Does it have to be a MNC executive or could it be something else.
