tenure-track position in a 3-tier uni.

6 papers, 4 first author, 2 2nd author, cited 24 times
2 conference papers
conference presentations and posters: 8
1 book chapter
1 book review
reviewed 1 book chapter and 3 papers
1 national dissertation award.

how about the chance of approval? Thanks a lot.

if the chance is low, I need to go for EB2 perm as soon as possible as the 18 month deadline is approaching.
 
I would go with EB1. Your department (through the internationals office) should be able to file EB1-OR for you. I don't know why a tenure-track faculty should go through EB-2.

It certainly can't hurt to try. You can have multiple I-140 pending. If you don't mind the extra expense (or they pay for it), do both.
