EB-1A feedback appreciated

Hi,

One of my friend who filed I-140 petition under EB-1EA got RFE and he replied to that. Today he got email from CRIS saying that NSC has sent the decision by mail.

What does it mean by this? negative or positive.

I have never seen such message from service centers. If it is positive then the email from CRIS will clearly say that approval notice sent.

Thanks ooooo. Yes it is a denial. My friend called PP number and got the message saying that his case is denied.
