EB-1A 140 with PP approved at TSC after RFE

DIY EB-1A 140 with PP approved today at TSC

PD: 5/4/07 (e-file 140 with PP, concurretnly filed 485)
RD: 5/10/07
RFE: 5/24/07
FP: 6/11/07
FRE received: 8/24/07 (almost gave up answering RFE b/c NIW 485 current in
July)
AD: 9/7/07

One question: is it possible to link NIW-based EAD and AP to EB-1A? How can I withdraw NIW 485?

I got many suggestions and help from here while preparing RFE. I greatly appreciate it!

First of all Congratulations. In order to withdraw your NIW 485 just write a letter. But I dont know whether it is possible to link your AP and EAD applications that were filed with NIW 485 to your pending EB1-EA 485. I would simply write a letter and see what happens. Or you could withdraw all the three NIW 485, 131 and 765 and then file a fresh 765 and 131 citing your EB1-EA 485 is pending. If you do so, You will have to spend more money. It is your choice.
 
A question on E-file: Did you request PP at the same time as E-filed

Congrats. It's very motivating. I have a question.

Did you send the form and check for PP along with the supporting docs for E-filed I-140 EB1-EA. In most cases the address for supp docs for E-file (e.g. USCIS Texas Service Center, Attn: E-Filed I-140, P.O. Box 851391, Mesquite, TX 75185-1391) is different from the address for PP (e.g., for TSC, Premium Processing, USCIS Texas Service Center, P.O. Box 279030, Dallas, TX 75227-9030)

At this time they are taking about 5 weeks to send the receipts. Wonder if I must wait to get the I-797 for I-140 before sending form/check for PP. Thanks.

I filed PP together with the supporting docs for E-filed I-140 and I-485 to E-file address (USCIS Texas Service Center, Attn: E-Filed I-140, P.O. Box 851391, Mesquite, TX 75185-1391). They then transfered the package to Dallas for PP.

I think it's better to send all together (PP, e-filed 140, 485).
