EB-1 PP at TSC, RFE may be issued in 'time crunch'??

As a follow up to my previous posting:

TSC received PP request on 3/7/07. So either today or tomorrow is the last calendar day before getting an answer.
Has it been the experience of people here that TSC waits till the last day and then probably in haste issues RFE?? I had read somebody's suggestion..thus given my case -if issued RFE - which probably is true. Members had said that I do have a strong case and my attorney had suggested against PP given high rates of RFEs; however I didnt want to wait..due to time restrictions and applied for PP. RFE is proving to be a escape route for TSC? will know soon

Hmm .. I think same thing is going to happen to my case too next week .. I don't understand why they created this PP option for EB1a? EB1a is similar to NIW with big volume of documents need to be read by the officer .. I complete understand 15 days is not enough w. r. t the large number of applications and the volume but then why they made us crazy for PP?

I don't see any LUD since 14th which is notice date for my PP ... really mad on the system !! :mad:

moreover they ignite our hope by sending a fake e-mail approval on the PP notice day ... :mad:

Hi pana,

During the beginning of this year, Jan & Feb probably you would have noticed not many RFEs and once if you upgrade then in a week time most of the EB-1EA cases were approved. I am guessing the amount of petitions piling up at TSC lead to RFE because of 15 days time. BUT still TSC is much better than NSC.

Hope you will get your approval soon.

thanks for the wish and yes, in Jan and feb there were not many RFEs ... that's made me and us crazy (i guess) to upgrade for PP ... let's see ...

Today is 21st tomorrow is day 15 after filing for PP...will know..keeping everything crossed not just fingers
