Hi All,

My Fiancee's application for EB-1 EA was approved on 6-5-06 (filed on 1-20-06). Her NIW I-140 application (transfered to TSC) is still pending (also filed on 1-20-06). However, there was not concurrent approval of her I-485 (which was submitted after receipt of her I-140's) as was the case for some who filed both concurrently. I have been trying to scour this forum for similar cases, but have not found many. My question is, how long is a typical waiting time for approval of her I-485? I am sure this questions has been asked several times, but I was unable to come up with a similar case through a search of this forum. So please bear with me if it sounds too stupid.

Thanks.

Congratulations ! Can you please post LUDs, if any that you saw before approval. Was EB1-EA also transferred to TSC?

Thanks

Yes she did see LUD's 6-1 through 6-3, but the EB1-EA application was not transferred to TSC.

I knew it wouldn't be an easy question to answer. However, her EB1-EA application was never transferred to TSC. So I am assuming it is still at VSC. I was just looking to see if anyone was in the same boat or knows of someone with a similar experience.

Thank you jifi for posting your credentials. Probably I will file I-140 (EB-1A)by next week. I have I-140 approval (EB-2 NIW) and my PD is Sep. 19, 2005. I am giving a shot at EB-1.
