I'm a Colombian living in the UK; I have a tourist visa to the US and travel twice a year for a week to the US.
If I apply for EB-1 EA (I-140, etc) can I do it from outside the US? I understand the 495 requires a US address....also, would the application for a migrant visa damage my possibilities of non migran access to the us while the EB-1 is dealt with?
can they decline entry to the US on a tourist visa just because I applied for a migrant visa?
