EB-1 EA approved TSC non pp

Yeah dude, it is quite shambolic! In those analyses, the AAO seems to be acting exactly like attorneys tell us..."literally interpreting the rules" but... so many people on this forum, and elsewhere, routinely get approved. It isnt TSC, I think; they are just totally inconsistent and so, unfair to all of us.
 
Could you also post some of the credentials of these "better qualified" denials? Are these recent? It will help us in getting a better idea of this murky world of EA/OPRs :)
