Thanks to this forum and every one who helped I finally have my EB-1 EA approved. It was a self petition non pp, e-filed, no RFE.

Congratulations - when did u file EB2-NIW with NSC? My EB2-NIW was filed last October - still waiting. EB1 went to NSC last September - still waiting...

Heartfelt congratulations! :) It's no wonder though - you've got a wide spectrum of eligibility criteria covered!

Good luck on your I-485 (whenever you actually get to file it now).
 
That raises a hmmm. The wonder I believe is more with USCIS and their undue process.. check out post 13 on this thread.

Well I just got lucky I guess, I see others with better credentials than I getting denied. Probably it is TSC. I listed all that i could. I also noticed an LUD on saturday ???
