If you have filed your I-485 concurrently too and done your finger printing done, you can expect your I-485 approved in 3-4 days.
It happened to my friend who got his I-140 approved in Texas under EB3 and I-485 approved within 3 days (on 18th Dec. 2004).
He filed for I140/I485 concurrently in March 2004 (so it is just 9 months, everything is done).
