As promised I have fixed WAC number modification issue .
Provided sorts on last 2 fields of WAC number.
Format on WAC is fixed for better analysis and sorting.

Could you also....

on PD make an option of N/A, as I am from Canada and I don\'t have a PD and therefore the default is 97 on your spreadsheet. Also on that matter, for the country field, either import a list of all countries from somewhere (there should be lots of places you can do this), or make it an editable field as it would be interesting to know where others are from besides the majority of India and China.
 
regarding sorting

when I want to sort data based on notice date the following is happening

for example rd month as july 2001
a) You have to select rd month and then sort for nd field

so it is sorting and displaying records of july 2001 rd and then sorting them based on nd field.

This is not correct.

It should take the full data of all people in CSC people who have filed in Jan 2001 to Dec 2002 and display only records of July 2001 based on notice date.

The method should be that you show a screen asking what is the criteria a person requires.

person enters that he wishes to see records

from June 2001 - august 2001 and next field should be

a pull down option
Option a (Receipt date)
Option b (Notice date)
option c (F/P date)
option d (Adjudication date)

So depending on the option selected you generate the report.

Hi Thanks, I added Canada country and you can modify now. As ...

. As I have code for each country, so I didn\'t create codes for all the possible countries, But I would certainly add more this weekend. I apologize for inconvenience.
Regarding NA on PD and FP, these modification are due for this Weekend.

I fully agree with and this is going to be next step. As site was launched on 4/02/02 with the priority on everything to be done on RD date.

Second step was to fix any issues, and important enhancements like allow people to place request or report errors on web site itself.

Third step is to provide more reports and anaylsis.Date range data and reports on any fields, like you said.. fall under that section. I\'m currently in a planning & development stage, will have it in less than 2 weeks time.
