Hello all

Its my turn Finally.The wait is finally over. The 485 receipt numbers of mine and my wife finally had the last update date change after more than 1.5 years.

EB3 - India
PD March 2003
RD March 2004
I485 RFE - Proof of Husband and wife living together.
AC21 - Promptly informed USCIS /NSC of change of employer.

Approval Date June 18 2007

Several EADs and Fingerprinting....I had even applied for the next EAD /AP
( cant keep track of ....about 5 I think )

All of you. Dont loose hope......

dont fall prey to SCDS - Status Check deficiency Syndrome
Just file ur applications and forget it

Approved I485 - RFE question

my rfe was in june 2006.

Here is what I think triggered my application. I had called USCIS to initiate a status enquiry 1-2 weeks before june 1 . I received...a we are still processing your case letter.....

in the 1st week of june my wife made a status enquiry again with USCIS which I think triggered the APPROVAL.

In case you know that your case is complete in all aspects like name check , RFE's answered , current fingerprint / biometrics , I think the chances of your approval are higher
 
NSC rocks !

nopes torabora....I really mean it ....its like being with the employer who did ur gc.....even though u hated them all the while.....once u got it ....u dont feel that bad.....I think its the same way for me with NSC....even though delayed....I finally got it...thats all that matters
