Ease off scanner folks...

it wont matter. I think the INS folks have already implemented a much stricter limit to access on each case (and in the process screwed it up). I cant access my case data either and I bet it is the same with others as well.

Tried several times today

First I checked my case status, it gave a blank info page. Then when I entered my wife's case status it gave me "access denied...". I use dial up internet connection and if I hang up and redial I get one more blank status and then access denied msgs.
Wierd.
 
I can't look up my status also. It display ...deny... no matter I use dial-up or DSL. Perhaps the server is too busy in this holiday. I hope it is ok tomorrow.
 
Same case here

I tend to agree with Neeru, that they put in production something without thorough testing.
