Early Oct '01 filers! - Looks like good news ahead

Based on the VSC processing date - now changed to 10/15/01, it appears that the early Oct filers have been processed and have either been approved (except for FBI check) or have gotten an RFE/transfer to local office. So if you do not receive an RFE/transfer notice in the next 2-3 weeks, I would assume that the case is approved and just needs FBI check clearance.

Good news right ahead! Hang on guys!

If some early Oct filer has called IIO recently - please post what they are saying....

Bullshit!

INS never managed to process by RD.
You can find many end October approvals while beginning of the month is not being approved yet.

I am not sure if one can make that assumption, I called INS on Dec 12th, they said my case was not assigned, RD - Oct 2nd, 2001.
