Early FP Accepted at Hackensack , NJ

I just did Early FP at Hackensack.
Absolutely no problem. They didnt even ask why I came early.
Infact if you have a Appointment at Newark you can still walk into
Hackensack office. (127 Main St. Hackensack,NJ 07601) Wed & Sat-8AM-4PM
The reason I say this is, I saw a guy do this. He was explaining that
there was a 2-Block line at Newark so he just walked into Hackensack.

One more thing the people are extreemly nice and friendly.
The lady who took my FP said that the FP\'s will be sent Immediately
electronically to FBI. There are 2 computers and the whole process for
me and wife took about 30 minutes. They will take FP for all fingers.
and a supervisor will approve them and give you a reciept.

Make sure to write Nice comments and rate their service as excellent in
their Comments Survey.

Just take your Passport and FP notice.

My details MD-01/08/02, ND 01/23/02, EAD 02/21/02 FP 03/05/02
FP Scheduled for 04/09/02 but done on 03/09/02 (one month early)

Hackensack itself ....

I think it doesnt really matter where it is scheduled as long
as you have a FP Notice and the centre is flexible and their workload. Atleast Hackensack is flexible. Cant say the same about Newark.

Eternity...thx for details. My RD 12/28, may not get FP notice until 5/02

Going by the trend, i may not get FP until 5/02.

Probably,mailing address matters in sending FP notice. Have to assume u r close to Hackensack.I might get scheduled at Newark.

Also Q about "yellow" form - heard abt this as employment verification at the time of FP..some times they issue. May be if i get that, need to postpone FP to finish 180 days or till i get a new contract. Anyway used EAD for non-IT job part time work.

Keeping fingers crossed...

I am 7 miles from Hackensack, But it doesnt matter....

Like I said ... even if you have a notice to appear at Newark, you can go to Hackensack. Like I said there was a guy right in front of me who went to Newark, saw the big line there and just decided to walk into to Hackensack and got his FP done.

I filed my I-485 on Feb.1st, and ND is 2/19/02. I still haven\'t received FP notification yet. My wife filed the same time at CT and she is scheduled Apr.12th. Do you think I can just go with her at CT office to get the FP done or I have to wait for my FP notification? Is that possible for me to get the FP without the notification?
Please let me know as soon as possible,thanks!

Here i sthe important info.

Last week i received FP notices from INS for Newark AOS. After reading these messages i gave a try in Hackensack, but didn\'t workout. if someone did this.. walked into Hackensack with Newark FP notice and have done their FP successfully please post it here.

Brisk .. I am sorry i was not checking this thread...

NO. You cannot go without your Receipt.... The Reason is very simple
there is a "Bar Code" on that Appointment notice that they scan before doing your FP to get your details and then do your FP and send it along with your details directly to FBI...

NJ-Desi ... thats strange...Looks like it depends on the Clerk ...

I am sorry to have suggested that option.
But dont worry as it really doesnt matter since doing early FP doesnt mean "early GC" ...

Did they give any reason ?
 
Timepass ... Where in NJ ... anyway NJ-Desi had a hard time at Hackensack ..

I know Newark is totally un-flexible.so its your call.
