Early Fingerprinting - Any Downside?

I have seen some folks on this forum go in for Finger Printing before their appointment date and they noticed that their interview was scheduled within a few days of getting their FP done. I am wondering if there is a downside to getting your FP done before the scheduled appointment? Did anyone here have a bad experience?
 
No downsides, just note that I dont think it brings your interview date forward doing early FP. Interviews are based on Priority dates on your applications.
