Early Finger Printing in PDX?

Does anyone have any information or experience of doing early finger printing in Portland, OR? Any information is helpful.

Guard refuse to let me in

I tried last Saturday in Portland ASC but the guard asked me to show up at the scheduled time.
Did you try yet?
