Guys, I am planning to call IIO today and ask about the early-august cases, instead of asking about my EAC. What do you think? If possible, I would like to request them to connect me to a supervisor (elevate the issue). I hope this enquiry doesn\'t harm my case though....

I think that is good idea. It is a very legitimate question and should not effect anyone\'s case. INS stated officially that they are currently processing september,99 cases. There is no reason why INS should not process by FIFO unless thouse RFE cases. I am still w/o any RFE with ND Aug5.

Well it is a good idea but I suggest you should ask your lawer to call the supervisor instead of you by yourself. Just in case if the supervisor ask for some info which you may not know.... I don\'t know it is my thinking and your call
