Hi All,

I would like to confirm some information. I have been a permanent resident since 4/27/2011. According to the USCIS Early Filing Calculator my earliest N400 application file date would be 1/27/2016. Is this accurate?

Secondly, it also reads "The information in this part ONLY relates to your time as a permanent resident if you file under Section 319(a) and 316(a) of the INA. All other eligibility requirements MUST be met at the time of filing", however I do not know whether this applies to me or not.

Thanks In Advance for your assistance. This forum has been a great help to me.

For a normal application after 5 years, yes, this is correct, though you should wait a few days past 1/27/16 just in case, because CIS has been known to miscalculate and reject for filing to early. Physical presence must be met by the filing date, and continuous presence must be maintained throughout the process.
