Hello everyone,
I am planning on traveling overseas for a couple of days end of this month. I have my EAD and AP document (expiring December 12). I believe this along with a valid passport is enough to reenter. Do you have any recommendations on any other document that I should be carrying to be on the safe side?
Appreciate it for the advice.

Thanks.

I have question. Really appreciate if anybody can answer:

I have send my applictaion for I-140/I-485/AP/EAD all together yesterday. Any clue whether my EAD and AP will get approved before I-140 is approved? Thanks a lot.

just started the long journey of waiting

EAD and AP before 140 approved

Yah, you might get EAD and AP approved before 140. It is possible because INS allows 140/485 concurrent filing. Nothing is illegal.

To get better answer follow thru the concurrent filing thread. Theere are hundreads of applicant putting their experience. I saw only one guy got EAD approved before I140 approval.

Therefore, most likely you wont get EAD/AP approval before your I140 approval. Also, now getting EAD/AP approval become a big deal after 20th of this month as they need another prerequiesitie. Now, INS needs security clearance from external agency to approve you EAD and AP. Thats why they stopped walk in basis AP/EAD since 20th of this month. No more walk in EAD/AP from local INS if your case is not pending in that local center.

They are getting sticky now a days.
